1. About this service

DAC7 Check (dac7check.eu) is an informational tool that helps individual sellers on EU marketplaces estimate whether they fall within the DAC7 (EU Directive 2021/514) reporting thresholds. The service is operated by an individual developer reachable at bagfantik@gmail.com.

2. Not tax advice

DAC7 fines under EU Directive 2021/514 are imposed on platforms for reporting failures — not directly on sellers. Being flagged as "reportable" does not automatically create a tax liability. Always consult a qualified local tax professional for your specific situation.

3. Paid reports

• The full PDF report is a one-time purchase at €7.99, processed securely via Stripe.
• After successful payment, the report is delivered to your email within a few minutes.
• No subscription is created. You are charged once only.
• Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the PDF has been delivered (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83). If the report was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, contact us and we will resend it or provide a refund.

4. Refund policy

If you did not receive your report due to a technical error, email bagfantik@gmail.com within 14 days and we will either resend the report or issue a full refund at our discretion. Refunds are not issued for reports that were successfully delivered.

5. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the DAC7 thresholds, country rules, and reporting dates accurate and up to date. However, tax law changes frequently. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances. Use the tool as a starting point, not a definitive answer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DAC7 Check and its operator are not liable for any tax penalties, interest, fines, or other financial consequences arising from your reliance on the information provided by this tool. The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tool for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service
• Submit false or misleading information to manipulate results
• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce the paid report without permission

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the risk calculator logic, report templates, country-specific analysis, and UI — is proprietary. The paid PDF report is licensed for personal use only. You may not resell or redistribute it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the operator's country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
